Plaka is one of the longest, calmest beaches on Naxos – four kilometres of soft pale sand and shallow, clear water that stays warm into October. It never feels crowded, and the sunsets over Paros are quietly spectacular.

Your day at the water
We send you off with a parasol, beach towels, and a cool bottle of water. Spend the morning swimming, the afternoon in the shade of the tamarisks, and lunch at a sandy-floored taverna a short stroll away. Windsurf rentals and a small market are nearby.
