Slow breakfast under the vines
Breakfast is the heart of the house. Every morning we lay the terrace table with thick Greek yogurt and thyme honey, warm village bread, tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden, local cheeses, olives, eggs cooked your way, seasonal fruit, fresh juice, and properly strong coffee.
IN THE EVENING
Wine when the sun goes down
As the light softens we open a bottle of Naxian wine and put out a few small plates – whatever the day brought back from the market. Tell us in the morning and we will happily point you to our favourite tavernas in the village, or set a quiet table for two on the terrace.
